Ipsalu Tantra Yoga is a blend of Babaji Nagaraj’s Tantric Kriya Yoga and Osho Rajneesh’s body oriented celebration of life. The rest of the Ipsalu system has come mostly from Taoist and Tibetan sources and from lessons in the school of life. All together they create a synthesis that goes well with the unique energies of our time. This body of work is an accelerated path into higher consciousness. The techniques work on all levels of a person’s life, strengthening the body, calming the emotions, enhancing the thought processes, leading to a balance that can open the door to spiritual awareness. It is a complete path that helps clear repressed emotional energy held in the body, helps open energy pathways, balance male/female energies, raise emotional and spiritual maturity levels and safely awaken Kundalini. The key practice and method for transmuting sexual energy is the Cosmic Cobra Breath. This advanced and powerful method was given to us by Babaji and is the fourth step of the Ipsalu Formula.

Twinflame Tantra is the sacred practice of aligning your Twinflame chakras with your higher self in partnership with that of your Twinflame. Your Twinflame shares the same higher self energies. You converge as one soul in the higher dimensions and here on earth you possess a male and female aspect. Truly, each partner within him or herself possesses his or her own male and female aspect as well, for we live in mirrors within mirrors. Twinflame Tantra is a practice that incorporates sensuality, the spirit, sacred sexuality, meditation, conscious relating, compassionate communication, energy healing, and divine partnership.

A conscious relationship is a relationship where both partners are committed to the purpose of growth instead of just wanting to satisfy their personal needs. Both individual growth and collective growth as a couple. Growth that makes the world a better place. Without this intention a relationship might work for a few years, but eventually will fail us as it leaves us unsatisfied. With this intention the partnership becomes an evolutionary journey, making it possible for each individual to expand more than they could alone. This results in deep satisfaction and long-term fulfillment.
It is our soul's purpose to grow, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Often our relationships stifles growth more than enhancing it and thus they fail. The conscious couple knows that even though growth can be scary as it takes us into the unknown, it is the secret to keep the relationship alive. Even at the risk of out-growing the relationship.
Conscious couples understand that our wounds from the past will inevitably be triggered. We will feel abandoned, trapped, rejected, overlooked or experience other difficult feelings. They know that this does not mean that the relationship has gone wrong but that these feelings stem from our faulty patterning, caused by our beliefs. The conscious couple is willing to look at their past and current issues, facing these beliefs systems and thereby evolving.

I arrange occasional workshops on different topics related to the areas of self-empowerment, self mastery, healing, and psychic development. Similar to the tools I use when doing intuitive mentoring on a one to one basis these workshops can include working with angels, guides and ascended masters, strengthening your connection to the divine source, divine wisdom, your Higher Self. They can also relate to things such as crystals, astrology, numerology, dreams and past lives. As an intuitive channel for healing, I use a variety of tools and using a workshop format allows me to also work with group dynamics and reach more people.
